The cleaning service is responsible for cleaning, certain care-related service tasks, and booking the region's staff accommodations. In the role of administrator, you are a central function to support the processes of the operation. A good demeanor and a positive attitude are essential. You will work in a flexible organization where the pace can be high at times, making it important to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively. Working hours are scheduled during weekdays.

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting on 2026-05-01 or by agreement.

Administrator for Cleaning Service, Sundsvall

• Invoice management
• Customer contact via phone and email
• Booking and case management
• Planning and staffing of daily operations together with a colleague

We are looking for someone who

• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you

• Have SRY training or equivalent.
• Have work experience in cleaning
• Have a B driver's license
